- Service Request Data: The type of service you request and your location/address for the service to be performed.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full card details.
For Vendors:
To enable you to offer your services, we collect:
- Account & Business Information: Your name, business name, contact details, and information about the services you offer.
- Location Data: Your business address or service area. We may require your real-time location while you are "online" to connect you with nearby customer requests.
- Payout Information: Bank account details to process your earnings, stored securely with our payment processor.
3. How We Use Information
Your data is used to operate the WalkIn marketplace. This includes facilitating service bookings, processing payments, providing customer support, and ensuring the safety and security of our platform for all users.
4. Data Sharing
We share information between Customers and Vendors only as necessary to facilitate a service booking. For example, a Customer's name and service location will be shared with the Vendor who accepts the job. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
