1.1. Service Requests
By requesting a service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your location and service needs. You agree to treat Vendors with respect and provide a safe environment for them to perform their work.
1.2. Payments
You agree to pay for all services you book through the App. All payments are processed by our secure third-party payment provider. Cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined in the specific booking.
Charter for Vendors
2.1. Service Provision
As a Vendor, you agree to provide services to a professional standard. You are responsible for having the necessary licenses, insurance, and qualifications for the services you offer. You agree to represent your skills and services honestly.
2.2. User Interactions
You agree to treat all Customers with professionalism and respect. Any disputes between you and a Customer must be resolved directly, although WalkIn may provide mediation assistance at its discretion.
General Terms (Applicable to All Users)
3.1. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms our community, without notice.
3.2. Disclaimer
WalkIn is a platform that connects Customers and Vendors. We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of the services provided by Vendors. The App is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind.
