WALKIN VENDOR POLICY

Walkin Vendors will need to read these policy and e-sign an agreement before working

I. Eligibility

  1. 18 years or older, with full civil capacity as per legal regulations
  2. Skillful in providing vendor services, equipped with necessary tools and equipment to perform door to door services  
  3. A valid driver’s license and car insurance (for driver service application)   
  4. Valid certification or certificate in registered industry (if applicable) 
  5. Active smartphone 

 

II. “Online” Mode Rules

  1. Selecting “Online” mode means you are ready with the tools to begin receiving orders
  2. Adjust the working area radius from 1km to 15km
  3. In unavoidable circumstances, if rescheduling is necessary, contact and obtain customer consent

III. Pricing

  1. We allow vendors to adjust listed prices for their own service categories on the app. You will be notified of orders from customers in your working area with higher or equal prices. 
  2. The service price upon completion will be shown on the app invoice, based on your listed prices. It includes all service-related costs (such as material, transport fee, etc). You are only allowed to charge above the invoice if customers have some adjustment in their booking and make it an extra fee. Prior agreement must be made and notified to customer
  3. No charges beyond the listed app prices. Extra services need customer consent and price notification

IV. Code of Manner

  1. Friendly, courteous attitude towards customers 
  2. Wear appropriate, neat attire while working
  3. Remind customers to secure personal belongings before starting work
  4. Strictly prohibit harassment or violation of any individual during work
  5. Strictly prohibit any additional non-registered Walkin personnel to assist you to customers location.

V. Anti-Fraud

  1. Canceling orders or claiming customer cancellations but still performing services. 
  2. Adding fees or charging higher service fees than your previously listed app prices without customer consent 
  3. Each service provider is allowed only one Walkin Vendor account

VI. Ratings & Reviews

  1. Once you finish the service, click finish working and encourage a review from the customer
  2. Maintain a minimum average rating to remain on the platform
  3. Address negative reviews professionally and work to improve customer satisfaction  

IMPORTANT 

By providing your services as a vendor with Walkin, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the termination of our working relationship. You and Walkin mutually agree to arbitrate any legal disputes or claims that might arise between you. Please sign below to acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions
